Accountant Full Time NEW

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the complete accounts payable process.
• Analyze accounting data and reports to provide financial information.
• Record and document financial transactions.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Handle contract costing, work-in-progress (WIP) calculations, and evaluations.
• Perform WIP valuation for large pipeline, civil construction, substations, and service station projects according to construction industry practices.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Qualifications:

• CMA, Mcom, ACCA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
• 2-3 years of proven UAE experience as an Accountant in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contract costing and WIP evaluation.
• Experience in large construction projects (pipeline, civil construction, substations, service stations).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
