Accountant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
• Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and financial discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
• Experience:
  • Proven experience in accounting roles; prior experience in real estate or luxury developments is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
