Accountant Full Time

Life Line is a leading healthcare services provider, known for our commitment to offering exceptional services to our clients. We are currently looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team and handle key accounting tasks, including claims submission, payment processing, and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently manage claims submission, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided and processes are followed.
• Perform account reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
• Process payments and ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding invoices.
• Review Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) on a regular basis, ensuring all entries are correct.
• Prepare and submit regular Management Information System (MIS) reports, including financial summaries and forecasts.
• Invoicing clients and managing payment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and healthcare sector standards.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any financial issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to independently handle financial processes, including claims submission and reconciliation.
• Strong proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Urdu/Hindi is a must.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
