Accountant Full Time

Position Overview:

Al Marina Holding is looking for a qualified Accountant with real estate experience to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are knowledgeable about real estate accounting processes and can contribute to the financial management of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and other local financial regulations.
• Monitor budgets and provide regular reports on variances.
• Handle real estate-specific transactions, such as property sales, leasing revenue, and service charge accounts.
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for audits.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Experience: Proven experience in real estate accounting is mandatory.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and real estate industry standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Requirements:
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with a cancelled visa status are preferred.
