Workshop Manager Full Time

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Workshop Manager with specialized expertise in Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs), Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs), and related equipment such as Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, Telehandlers, Spider Lifts, Forklifts, and Truck-Mounted Lifts. This role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational management of both in-house and on-site fleets, ensuring high efficiency and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for the fleet.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
• Oversee the mobilization and demobilization of equipment for various projects.
• Manage new and ongoing job orders, transportation coordination, and other operational activities.
• Perform equipment testing and safety checks to maintain operational reliability.
• Supervise and manage workshop staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
• Optimize the utilization of resources to minimize downtime and costs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a workshop environment, specifically with AWPs and MEWPs.
• Hands-on expertise with equipment such as Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Telehandlers.
• Strong operational and technical knowledge of workshop processes and equipment.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in technical and safety standards.
