Position Summary:

Al Shola Transport Co. LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations and ensure the smooth management of inventory, safety, and team leadership. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for logistics and a knack for organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Lead and mentor a team, promoting a productive and collaborative work culture.
• Monitor equipment and facilities, arranging maintenance as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and communicate clearly.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
