Warehouse Coordinator Full Time

We are seeking a meticulous and organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our dedicated team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless warehouse operations at GMG. This position is open exclusively to our internal staff who are eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the efficient functioning of our supply chain.




Key Responsibilities and Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to meet organisational objectives efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply levels and timely replenishments to avoid disruptions.
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to enhance accuracy in stock management.
• Organise and oversee the safe loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that accurate records are kept.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment following health and safety guidelines.

Logistics Coordination and Inventory Management

• Liaise with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Utilise warehouse management systems for accurate tracking of inventory movements and to generate reports.

Skills And Qualifications For Efficiency In Warehouse Management

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
