OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE:

Knowledgeable about Daily Hotel Operations:

• Stay informed about daily hotel operations, including checking the daily event sheet.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of hotel rates, packages, and discounts.

Efficient Payment Process:

• Ensure a quick, efficient, and friendly payment process for all paid parking systems.
• Enter guest details onto the computer accurately and efficiently, adhering to Brand Standards.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

• Attend shift briefings, daily 15-minute training sessions, and monthly front office meetings.
• Adhere to the hotel’s credit policy and procedures consistently.

Promotion of Marriott Rewards Program:

• Be knowledgeable about and actively promote the Marriott rewards program to guests.
• Stay informed about VIP arrivals and communicate effectively with all guests regarding credit policies upon check-in.

Safety and Security Compliance:

• Follow safety and emergency procedures, reporting any work-related accidents or incidents promptly.
• Adhere to company, hotel, and department safety and security policies, ensuring a clean and secure environment.
