UI/UX Designer Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Front-End Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, with a focus on crafting visually appealing, intuitive user applications. This role also requires expertise in incorporating corporate branding, marketing guidelines, and design best practices into digital solutions that enhance user interaction and engagement




Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design:
• Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design ideas and workflows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs meet user needs and improve overall user experience.
• Corporate Branding & Marketing Integration:
• Ensure all designs align with corporate branding and marketing guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to incorporate promotional materials, brand messaging, and design elements that support business objectives.
• Develop design systems and component libraries to maintain consistency across digital assets.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure they are executed accurately.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Provide design leadership in meetings, communicating ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Responsive & Adaptive Design:
• Design responsive layouts for a variety of devices, ensuring accessibility and performance across all platforms (mobile, desktop, tablet).
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for front-end design and development.
• Performance & Optimization:
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize the performance of web and mobile applications.
• Implement best practices in code and design to ensure fast loading times and seamless user interaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in front-end design, focusing on UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Proven experience working with corporate branding, marketing teams, and design guidelines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user application design, brand integration, and usercentric design principles.
