Saad Exchange is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Tellers to join our team. As a Teller, you will handle financial transactions, assist customers with remittance and forex services, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and remittances.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with financial services.
- Verify and reconcile daily transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle currency exchange operations with accuracy.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in UAE or home country.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
- Willingness to work at any branch location within the UAE.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Open to candidates of all nationalities.
