Technical Support Engineer Full Time

We are currently inviting applications for the role of Technical Support Engineer. Though this role may not be immediately available, we are proactively preparing for future openings. The purpose of this role is to provide technical support for our customers and field teams by offering value-added engineering services, ensuring technical excellence across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality technical support to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
• Collaborate with Marketing and the Project Management Office to prepare technical documents, such as submittals, technical letters, warranties, and compliance certifications.
• Assist field-based teams with material take-offs, bill of quantities, and anchor/rebar designs.
• Update shared engineering folders with project approvals, specifications, test reports, and datasheets.
• Offer telephone technical support for customers requiring immediate attention and assistance.

What You Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• A strong analytical mindset with an interest in solving complex engineering challenges.
• Goal-oriented with a solution-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic (written and verbal).
• High learning agility and a strong desire to develop within the engineering field.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate within the UAE.
