Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the right fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to enhance employer branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment practices is a plus.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
