Talent Acquisition Executive Full Time NEW
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Executive (TAE) you will be handling the complete recruitment process from supporting hiring managers with creating and reviewing scorecards, identifying relevant recruitment channels, posting and maintaining job advertisements, screening applications, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, performing reference checks, and issuing employment offers.
Requirements
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the UAE in eCommerce, Retail, or luxury goods startups or SMEs;
- A relevant academic degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or similar;
- Relevant HR certification from accredited providers, e.g. SHRM or CIPD;
- Outstanding communication skills in English;
- Outstanding communication skills in Arabic;
- Preferably familiarity in UAE visa & permit acquisition processes.
