Talent Acquisition Coordinator Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.






• Communicate directly with candidates to coordinate interview logistics and manage the seamless candidate journey.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates on the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates.
• Prepare interview materials and collect feedback from interviewers post-interview.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person interviews, including scheduling video conferences or meeting room reservations as needed.
• Support the Talent team in sourcing qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other channels.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and job requisitions.
• Help build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Track and maintain recruitment records, including job requisitions and candidate profiles.
• Assist with special Talent projects and events as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment coordination, human resources, or administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering quality results.
