Supply Chain & Logistics Officer Full Time

Job Purpose

To monitor, control, and maintain stock levels for all in-flight service (IFS) items, catering products, retail items, and reading materials. The role involves overseeing stock replenishments from suppliers, managing redistributions, and ensuring the availability of stock in the correct quantities. The position also includes planning and managing logistics costs effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) required.
• Preferred certifications: APICS or CIPS.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain and logistics management.
• Airline catering experience is an added advantage.

Skills

• Strong understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts.
• Analytical and data modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with planning and forecasting systems.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Moderate knowledge of inventory analysis, product line setups, and forecast measurement.
• Familiarity with escalation paths and trigger points.
• Preferred certifications: CMA/CFA, APICS, or CIPS.
