Store Manager / Store Keeper Full Time

Procat Catering Services LLC is looking for experienced and dedicated Store Managers and Store Keepers to join our team. If you have a background in the F&B industry and a passion for efficient store operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Manager:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels to meet business demands.
• Develop and implement processes to improve store efficiency.
• Supervise and lead store staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and purchases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

Store Keeper:

• Receive, store, and issue supplies, materials, and products in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized and accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage practices and maintain cleanliness in the store area.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill stock requirements.
• Utilize basic math and computer skills to process records efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in basic math and computer literacy.
• Adaptable and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
