Store Manager Full Time

ADCOOP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead and drive our retail operations to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service.
• Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accuracy.
• Analyze store performance metrics and develop action plans for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large-scale retail environment.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and other retail technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
