Specialist Critical Care Medicine Full Time

As a Specialist Critical Care Medicine, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in critical condition, utilizing your expertise and knowledge in the field. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to assess and treat patients with critical illnesses, providing them with the best possible care and support.




Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of patients in critical condition, identifying their needs and formulating appropriate treatment plans.
• Monitor and evaluate patient’s progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Administer medications, interventions, and procedures to support patient’s recovery.
• Utilize advanced life support techniques to stabilize patients in critical condition.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including but not limited to, physicians, nurses, and therapists to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and provide support and guidance during their recovery process.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of patient’s progress and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice in Dubai.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Specialist in Critical Care Medicine.
• Board Certification in Critical Care Medicine.
• Proficiency in advanced life support techniques and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
