Site Engineer Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations related to hot rolled steel fabrication and erection projects.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Monitor and inspect work progress, resolve technical issues, and maintain daily logs.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with the project manager to ensure smooth execution and proper coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in steel fabrication and erection, especially with hot rolled steel.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
