Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.​

• Handle financial transactions accurately, including money transfers, currency exchange, and bill payments.​

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Al Fardan Exchange products and services to effectively assist customers.​

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.​

• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch targets and contribute to a positive work environment.​

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.​

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or related field is an advantage.​

• Previous experience in customer service, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.​

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.​

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.​
