About the role
The Sales Manager-Controls-UAE is responsible for overseeing and managing sales for Controls & BMS within UAE market. The SM-Controls will develop and implement sales strategies, manage a sales team, and ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills and Strong Knowledge of BMS and HVAC Controls Systems and Solution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare annual sales forecasts.
Lead, train, and manage a team of sales Engineers.
Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new Controls & BMS business opportunities within UAE.
Monitor monthly sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
Prepare regular sales reports, order pipeline and present findings to senior management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and explore new markets and channels in UAE for the growth of Controls & BMS.
Develop and execute plans to expand the company’s presence in the UAE market.
Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional activities and campaigns.
Negotiate for Projects, contracts and agreements with customers and partners.
Ensure profitable sales growth and contribute to the company’s overall financial objectives.
Oversee and assist the AR and assist in Collection.
