Sales Executive Full Time NEW

Position Summary:
The Sales Executive will play a key role in increasing revenue for The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi by identifying and selling products to the UAE Education Segment. This individual will also be responsible for exploring and developing new ways to generate and maximize revenue opportunities, contributing to the aquarium’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities within the UAE Education Segment (schools, universities, educational institutions).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Conduct presentations and tours to promote the aquarium’s products and services, ensuring a high conversion rate of leads to sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies targeting educational organizations.
• Explore new revenue streams and business opportunities to ensure continued growth and profitability.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and maintain an accurate CRM system with detailed records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the education and tourism industry to offer innovative solutions to potential clients.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the tourism, education, or entertainment sectors.
• Strong understanding of the UAE education sector and its unique needs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
• Ability to generate and close leads effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a sales role within the UAE, preferably in the education or tourism industry.
