As a Sales Associate, you will serve as an ambassador of Van Cleef & Arpels, embodying the Maison’s identity and expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding client experience, fostering relationships, and achieving sales objectives within the Abu Dhabi boutique.​

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Welcome and serve all visitors and clients, offering personalized experiences that reflect the Maison’s values.​

• Sales Achievement: Drive business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and consistently achieving sales targets.​

• Product Presentation: Educate clients on the universe, history, creations, and inspirations of Van Cleef & Arpels.​

• After-Sales Service: Address client requests, provide care advice, and ensure satisfaction with after-sales services.​

• Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily boutique operations, contributing to a positive team environment.​

• Operational Excellence: Master in-store tools and adhere to commercial policies and procedures.​
