Job Description:

Pandora UAE is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Al Ain. As part of the world’s first jewelry company, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience and driving sales growth.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to provide a premium shopping experience.
  • Offer product recommendations using a consultative sales approach.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Pandora’s products, customization options, and target customer groups.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities to drive store traffic.
  • Ensure excellent store presentation and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience (preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods).
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with customers and create memorable shopping experiences.
