Safety Systems Officer Full Time

Candidate will be responsible for developing and automating safety processes, creating Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, integrating AI technologies, and collaborating with IT. This role demands a proactive individual who is dedicated to enhancing safety and efficiency through advanced technological solutions.

Accountabilities

• Maintaining and optimizing systems: This involves ensuring the smooth operation of systems used for safety and quality control. They may troubleshoot issues, update systems, and implement new technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance Business Process of Safety & Quality department. The solutions should be seamlessly integrated with Safety Management Systems.
• Collaborate with the T&I team to manage and monitor flight data recorder base stations systems.
• Perform data analytics to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Leveraging ambiguous business problems as opportunities to drive objective criteria using data and artificial intelligence solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and system improvements.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using low-code platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements and user needs.
• Ensure system integration and data consistency across various platforms.
• Create and manage databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.

Education and Experience 

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information Technology
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems development, automation, and data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of MS.SQL, PL/SQL, data modelling and Relational databases.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, HTML and ASP.net.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
• Solid understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with enterprise business applications such as Safety Management Systems
