Position Summary:

As a Reservations Agent at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi, you will deliver courteous, professional, and efficient service while adhering to the hotel’s high standards. You will play a pivotal role in creating seamless reservation experiences for our guests, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Accurately process and manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
• Ensure thorough understanding of all room types, packages, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest preferences and special requests.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide recommendations.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reservation reports as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a Reservations role within a luxury hotel or similar establishment.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.
