Job Description:
We are expanding our team in Dubai and seeking experienced Recruiters(Vietnamese & Thai Nationals) to join us. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in talent acquisition, sourcing, and hiring, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet hiring needs.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
Build relationships with job seekers, clients, and hiring managers.
Utilize various recruitment channels and strategies to attract top talent.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment & talent acquisition.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Familiarity with job portals, recruitment tools, and social media hiring strategies.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese/Thai.
