About the Role:
Gargash Trading, a division of the reputable Gargash Group, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our Al Quoz office. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
Manage meeting schedules, calendar coordination, and appointments
Provide administrative support including filing, documentation, and office coordination
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized reception area
Candidate Requirements:
1–2 years of proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
Work Details:
Working Hours: 9 hours/day (including a 1-hour break)
Schedule: 6 days a week (1 day off)
