Job Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Guest Services: Provide information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or staff.
• Reservation Management: Assist with making reservations, managing booking systems, and ensuring rooms are allocated efficiently.
• Guest Relations: Address guest requests and concerns, ensuring they receive personalized attention and excellent service throughout their stay.
• Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, concierge, and management, to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and perform various administrative duties.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role in a hotel or customer service industry is preferred.
• Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in handling guest inquiries and managing front desk operations.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Appearance: Well-groomed, professional appearance with a pleasant demeanor.
