Receptionist Full Time

Al Borg Diagnostics is one of the leading diagnostic centers in the UAE, providing high-quality healthcare services across the country. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent service to our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, and direct them to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
• Manage patient appointments and schedules efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and queries, providing information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist patients with forms, insurance information, and necessary documentation.
• Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as required.
• Ensure all visitors and patients receive a positive and professional experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a receptionist in the healthcare industry, preferably in the UAE.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
• A positive, professional, and approachable demeanor.
