Park Lane is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in administrative roles within the real estate industry and are ready to support our operations with efficiency and professionalism, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the real estate team
Prepare and manage documentation for property listings, leasing, and sales
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with clients
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions
Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner
Liaise with agents, developers, and clients as required
Support marketing and promotional efforts, including listing properties online
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or real estate support roles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of real estate processes in the UAE is a plus
