Purchase Officer Full Time

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities and ensure seamless sourcing of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, the ability to build relationships with suppliers, and a focus on cost-effectiveness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services based on project and company requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and assess pricing trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers or shipments.

Qualifications and Skills:
