Production Engineer Full Time

KG Group is a leader in steel fabrication, providing innovative solutions to various industries in the UAE. We are seeking a skilled Production Engineer to join our team and oversee production operations in our steel fabrication plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily production activities in the steel fabrication plant.
• Supervise the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources, high-quality output, and adherence to safety standards.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the quality control and engineering teams to ensure all products meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production schedules and collaborate with management to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare and submit production reports and analyze data to make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working in a steel fabrication plant or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to manage teams and effectively communicate across all departments.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
