Procurement Coordinator Full Time

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team at First Option Auto Spare Parts Trading LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong procurement background, with experience in sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing of materials and parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality products and competitive pricing.
• Perform regular vendor evaluations to maintain a reliable network of suppliers.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
• Coordinate and place orders for materials, parts, and services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase orders.
• Track delivery schedules and ensure the on-time receipt of items.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address procurement needs efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the automotive industry in the UAE.
• Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
