Procurement assistant Full Time

Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for an Arabic-speaking Procurement Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing suppliers, negotiating costs, supporting event project execution, and ensuring seamless procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage supplier costs to ensure the best deals.
• Project Support: Align cost estimates with event deliverables and execution plans to optimize efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate procurement records, prepare cost reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Client Communication: Present quotations, address pricing concerns, and provide procurement support to the sales team.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry pricing trends, supplier offerings, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize Excel (cost calculations, data analysis), MS Word (documentation, reports), and PowerPoint (presentations) for effective procurement operations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
