Job Description
- Performance and cleaning of all system concerning sewage, storm water, grease traps
- Repair and control of domestic water tank and system.
- Performance of all sanitary fixtures in wash basins, bidets, and bath tubs, toilets, and all associated fittings of the hotel.
- Carries work on maintenance request order from all departments.
- Carryout daily checks for systems like Swimming pool, Dosing systems, Water level Tanks, pumps/submersible pumps, Filtration systems etc.
- Control on temperature and flow of water in all system of the hotel and schedules for cleaning repair and change.
- Cooperate with other Engineering team members in detention of failures in plumbing systems and function set up.
- Schedule and control shutoff valves of circuits in case of emergencies.
Qualifications
- 2 year Certificate in Plumbing.
- 3 years of experience in a similar field, hotel experience preferred.
- Practical and theoretical skills in cold-storage, air-conditioning and electricity
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Experience in the field is a strong asset
