Planning Engineer Full Time

Construction & Building Engineering (CBE), a leading name in the construction sector, is looking for a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress throughout the lifecycle of the project

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines

• Analyze project performance and prepare reports on progress, delays, and mitigation strategies

• Prepare and update work program and cash flow reports

• Identify critical activities and implement recovery plans for delayed tasks

• Support tendering and estimation teams with planning inputs

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in planning within the construction industry

• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and reporting abilities

• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices is preferred
