Planning Engineer Full Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with extensive expertise in Roads and Bridges projects, particularly those involving Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA). The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have over 7 years of proven experience in the Gulf, especially in the UAE, with a focus on infrastructure and RTA standards.




Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans for roads and bridges projects in compliance with RTA standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to stay on schedule.
• Analyze project timelines and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders, including RTA and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and project requirements throughout planning and execution phases.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
• Utilize advanced planning and scheduling tools, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, to track and optimize project timelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the Gulf region, particularly in UAE infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in roads and bridges projects, with significant experience working on RTA projects in Dubai.
• Proficiency in planning and scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, local regulations, and RTA standards.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
