Job Summary:
Medon Group of Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and licensed Pharmacist to join our team. This role involves providing expert pharmaceutical care, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions and ensure proper patient counseling.

Maintain compliance with UAE pharmacy laws, guidelines, and industry regulations.

Educate customers on prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications.

Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and expiry monitoring.

Process insurance claims and maintain accurate pharmacy records.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety measures for pharmaceutical products.

Provide outstanding customer service and patient support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
Valid UAE pharmacist license (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines & regulations
Excellent communication & customer service skills
Experience in retail pharmacy (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with inventory management & record-keeping
