Job Summary

Safe Way Express Cargo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily logistics operations, manage cargo shipments, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Supply Chain Management:

• Coordinate and monitor cargo shipments, transportation, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure timely and accurate import/export documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.

• Liaise with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.

• Track and optimize warehouse, inventory, and supply chain operations.

Operations Coordination:

• Plan and schedule freight forwarding and logistics activities.

• Resolve shipment delays, operational issues, and customer inquiries.

• Monitor cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of invoices, shipping documents, and reports.

• Provide regular reports on shipment status, operational efficiency, and logistics performance.

• Assist in budget planning and vendor negotiations for logistics services.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years in logistics, operations, or freight forwarding.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
   Preferred: Knowledge of UAE customs procedures and shipping regulations.
