Key Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics Coordination:
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
Coordinate timely deliveries and logistics to meet customer requirements.
Assist in supply chain management and inventory control.
Administrative Support:
Manage documentation, records, and internal databases.
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
Assist in basic accounting functions related to procurement and operations.
Coordination & Communication:
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient order processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience in operations or administration.
Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic accounting knowledge and experience in logistics coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
