Operation Executive Full Time
We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Operation Executive – NVOCC to strengthen our operations team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee complete NVOCC operations efficiently

Coordinate with slot/feeder operations for space and slot negotiations on export bookings
-
Handle port-related activities including documentation and logistics coordination
-
Maintain strong working relationships with multiple principal-owned container stakeholders
-
Ensure smooth container movement and operational flow across supply chains
-
Maintain accurate operational records and provide regular status updates to management
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in NVOCC operations

Strong knowledge of NVOCC, feeder operations, and container management
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
