Onboarding Executive Full Time
Job Summary:
M.A.H.Y. Khoory & Co. is looking for an Onboarding Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for new employees, from documentation to orientation. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
Handle documentation, background verification, and compliance procedures.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth joining experience.
Conduct new hire orientation sessions and assist with training.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Address any queries or concerns of new employees.
Assist in HR process improvements and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR onboarding or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Immediate joiners preferred.
