We are looking for a reliable and professional Office Driver to support our operations in Dubai. This role is essential in ensuring smooth transportation and delivery services while upholding our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport staff, documents, and materials to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues to management.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of company vehicles.
• Assist with loading and unloading items when required.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
• Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
• Support administrative tasks, such as document delivery and pick-up.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Act as a liaison between departments for logistics and transportation needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
