Enerflex is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support our operations in Abu Dhabi. This role requires a motivated individual with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Handle correspondence and communication within the organization
Support HR and finance teams with administrative duties
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) – Local Nationals Only
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage
