Marketing Specialist Full Time

Seven Clinic is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist with at least two years of experience in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities

 Social Media Marketing:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.

• Manage content creation, posting, and scheduling on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Google Ads & Meta Lead Generation:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns to drive high-quality leads.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to maximize performance.

• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

 Content Creation & Design:

• Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to design banners, graphics, and email templates.

• Write engaging, SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and email marketing campaigns.

 Website Management:

• Manage and update the company’s WordPress website to ensure user-friendliness and SEO optimization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues as needed.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Use Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance.

• Provide actionable insights and regular reports to improve marketing strategies.

Data Management & Automation:

• Utilize Excel and Python for data analysis and marketing automation.

• Streamline workflows by automating repetitive tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (healthcare industry preferred).
 Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
 Strong understanding of SEO principles and social media trends.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

 Healthcare experience: 1 year (required)
