Marketing & Communication Manager Full Time

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international degree in Marketing and Communication
  
  
  
• Minimum 4+ years of international marketing and communications experience.
• Previous experience in Marketing, Communications & PR in a luxurious Hotel/Resort or Marketing/Communications Agency
• Upholds professional values, ethics, and integrity
• A passionate marketing and communications professional with a focus on guest communications
• Demonstrated leadership competencies with strong interpersonal and communication skills

What will you do?

• Manages all brand, public relations, social media, advertising, content creation and media buying activities.
• Maintain and direct all third-party related agencies as per the hotels requirements.
• Manages an effective digital communications and social media strategy to support the overall business objectives.
• Identify potential sponsorship and promotional opportunities for each property and manage the strategic business alliances and relationships.
• Monitor industry trends and keep senior managers appraised of brand perceptions and any potential issues that would have a negative impact on the business.
• Liaise and meet regularly with individual property Leaders to ensure that all specific requirements for marketing related work are managed.
• Effectively communicates with all levels, manage reports.
