Position Summary
We are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks within the maintenance department, ensuring smooth operations through effective record-keeping, communication, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Communication Skills: Clear and professional spoken and written English.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage filing systems, documents, and records efficiently.
Customer Service: Ability to interact professionally with guests, employees, and vendors.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move objects (up to 10 pounds).
