Loogistics Coordinator Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is open to both fresh graduates and candidates with experience in logistics, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your career in the fast-paced logistics industry. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring smooth operations from suppliers to customers.
• Handle daily operations such as scheduling deliveries, managing inventory, and ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track shipments, resolve issues, and update status reports.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor the progress of orders, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
• Process shipping documentation, including customs clearance, and ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries.
• Resolve any logistical issues or delays that arise in the supply chain, working closely with relevant departments to ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist in cost optimization efforts by identifying potential improvements in logistical processes.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient stock management and storage.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns related to shipping and delivery.

Requirements

• Freshers to experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of basic logistics principles and supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Dependable, responsible, and a proactive team player.
• Preference for candidates on a spouse visa in the UAE.
