Anchor Allied is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing import operations and ensuring the smooth flow of logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle import operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Utilize the E-Mirsal system for customs clearance and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate the timely movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures for logistics and supply chain activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling import operations.
- Strong knowledge of the E-Mirsal system.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE customs and logistics regulations is an advantage.
